Access your account settings by clicking your profile icon in the top-right corner.Profile
Update your personal information:- Name: How your name appears in Illumichat
- Email: Your login email (contact support to change)
- Avatar: Upload a profile picture
Password
Change your password:- Go to Account Settings → Security
- Click Change Password
- Enter your current password and new password
- Click Update
If you signed up with Google, you don’t have an Illumichat password.

Managing Your Subscription
Upgrading
- Go to Account Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade
- Select your plan
- Enter payment information
- Confirm
Downgrading
- Go to Account Settings → Billing
- Click Change Plan
- Select the lower plan
- Confirm
Canceling
- Go to Account Settings → Billing
- Click Cancel Subscription
- Confirm cancellation

Invoices
Access invoices from Account Settings → Billing → Invoices. All invoices are emailed automatically and available for download.Updating Payment Method

Download all your data:- Go to Account Settings → Privacy
- Click Export Data
- You’ll receive an email with a download link

Deleting Your Account
Permanently delete your account and all data:- Go to Account Settings → Privacy
- Click Delete Account
- Type “DELETE” to confirm
- Click Permanently Delete
